Go to the center of the grid, the 1 is the first number in the decimal expansion, move to the right and down, filling in the numbers along the spiraling white line, 4-5-9 etc until the 14*14 matrix is filled and you have the numbers 8-1-9-6 left over.
NOW DO YOU SEE ANYTHING? THIS IS CARL SAGAN HIMSELF EXPLAINING THE METHOD
1. The 3s and 4s are EQUIDISTANT from each other in the corners and EQUIDISTANT from the 1in the center, and it SELF REFERENCES π,
3-1-4 and it's REDUNDANT, repeated four times on each side of the matrix. (see the YELLOW numbers).
2. √200=14.14, the matrix is 14*14, it has 196 blocks, and the first digit is 1 and the one hundredth digit is 9 and the two hundredth is 6, and the last three digits are 196. Again EQUIDISTANT REDUNDANCY. This redundancy is a VALIDATION STRING, it shows that you have the complete transmission with no need to go further, and that the message is in this set. (see the PURPLE numbers). I can't stress enough how this proves it is a coded message.
THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME PROCESS USED BY A FAX MACHINE . The last page of the fax is the CONFIRMATION PAGE. It contains the number of pages. The 196 at the end, and in the first, 100th and 200th tells you have the 196 digits in the 14*14 grid.
3. This set is VERY EARLY in fact it's in EXACTLY the first 200 digits using EXACTLY the FIRST to the LAST.
ALL THREE OF THESE ALONE ARE BEYOND STATISTICAL PROBABILITY.
4. The numbers in BLUE, on the outer columns, 111 is the FIRST triple rep-digit and the 555 is the SECOND triple rep-digit, and these are the only triple rep-digits in the set.
When added they have the value of 666 which is horizontally across center left of the matrix.
When added vertically as columns of 15 and 51 they have the values 45 and 153, but notice the two sets together appear as 45153, and that is the vertical center also in BLUE to which the 666 is joined.
ALL FOUR OF THESE TOGETHER ARE A STATISTICAL IMPOSSIBILITY.
